What does my account manager do?

They are available by email and telephone during business hours to answer any questions you may have. They will also call or email you to discuss the programmes we are delivering for you on a monthly basis to see if we can improve the service we give you, as well as letting you know about any new offers or programmes we introduce.

How do I add more people to the programme or book more training?

If you have a new member of staff or would like to extend out training programmes to another department, contact your account manager who will be happy to discuss the best programme to add and will manage the induction and delivery for you. Alternatively you can ring our head office on 0161 7647523 and speak to our Business Development Manager.

Where possible, we ask that we have as much notice as possible of any people who will be leaving your business and our programme so that we can use our resources to try and facilitate the completion of their programme beforehand. We do, however, appreciate that this is not always a possibility in such a fast changing environment and so there are no penalties under such circumstances.
